Corporate Social Media Is Being Used To Do Good Things

It’s the very nature of the new social media that is creating this phenomenon and whether they want it or not, corporations are changing their focus. Their customers and others who are observing their behavior are insisting, more and more, that they use social media for social good. And it will be this very social media that puts the attention on the businesses when they don’t comply with the values of their customers.
